The Discovery Consultation
The starting point for either one of my services.
The Investment: $250 (up to 90 minutes)
What’s Included: A full walk-through of your home where we identify if we’re a good fit for each other and if either of my services are really what you’re looking for. I’ll provide immediate verbal advice on layout, "softening" strategies, and potential cosmetic updates (paint, lighting, or rugs).
If a full package is booked within 48 hours, 50% of this fee is applied to your project total.

Occupied Staging
For sellers and realtors looking to maximize value without the cost of rentals.
The Half-Day Polish: $650
Best for: Small homes or condos. We focus on the primary living areas to ensure they are "photo-ready" by optimizing flow and softening personal distractions.
The Full-Home Refinement: $1,200 – $1,800 (Based on sq. ft.)
Best for: Single-family homes. A comprehensive edit of the entire house using your existing furniture. Includes a detailed "Final Touch" guide for paint colors and minor cosmetic refreshes

Interior Styling
For those who want to live in a space that reflects their journey.
The "Styling Intensive" (Day Rate): $1,200
Best for: "Shopping your home." I spend a full day unboxing your treasures, rearranging your furniture, and artfully styling your existing objects.
If I have suggestions for framing certain objects, sentimental documents, or photos I will provide them however I can do it for you at my $125 hourly rate.
The "Sourced & Curated" Room Package: Starting at $2,000 per room
Best for: A complete transformation. Includes everything in “The Styling Intensive” plus my time spent sourcing antique, vintage, or new "bridge" pieces to complete the look.
Note: A 20% sourcing fee applies to all new/vintage/antique finds found on your behalf whether they’re furniture or decor

A-La Cart Services
The Antique Hunt: $125/hr
For clients who want me to visit estate sales, flea markets, or antique shops specifically for their project.
New Furniture & Decor Sourcing: $125/hr
If we’ve determined that your space could use new items I can source those for you.
Color & Finish Consultation: $300
A focused session to select paint palettes, flooring, or hardware for a cohesive home refresh.

Because I work primarily with what you already own, my clients often save thousands of dollars in decor costs or monthly staging rental fees. Your investment goes directly into my expertise and the curation of your unique story.
